Lam Rim, Durban

There is an active Lam Rim Buddhist discussion and meditation group who meet each Saturday afternoon in the Pinetown area. Although we do not have a dedicated Centre the facility offers a relaxed and friendly environment with no membership, allegiance or conversion expected or required. No cost involved either.

We also receive the visiting Teachers who are invited by the Lam Rim Buddhist Centre in Johannesburg and arrange Teachings/Retreats during these occasions.

We hold a yearly Wesak Celebration which attracts approximately 100 people and involve ourselves in small projects such as tree planting and Xmas parties for disadvantaged children.
